Pray Daily for Dandelion Time, our Charity. All Saints Staplehurst is supporting Dandelion Time from April 2022 – March 2023. Dandelion Time is a local charity supporting children with challenging emotional issues. Read more on the work of Dandelion Time Charity

  1. We thank God for his creation and its beauty.
  2. We pray for all teachers.
  3. Thank you for all our family and friends.
  4. For those for whom the night has been long and full of concern.
  5. For all young people and the work of the Children’s Society.
  6. For those living in war-torn countries and can see no hope of peace or reconciliation.
  7. For all making decisions that will affect others.
  8. For those who will find it difficult to provide food for their family today.
  9. For the elderly of our community and those who work with them.
  10. We thank you for the wonder of birth and pray for new mothers.
  11. For our choir, organists and bell ringers.
  12. For all who operate our transport systems.
  13. For all celebrating birthdays.
  14. Please help me to find a moment of stillness and feel your presence Lord.
  15. We pray for all helping to promote a fairer society.
  16. For the sick, those awaiting test results, all nursing and caring staff.
  17. For politicians, councillors and all working for the good of our community.
  18. We pray for all sitting exams.
  19. For our flower arrangers and Holy Dusters.
  20. For the PCC and sub-committees.
  21. For all aid workers and their efforts to bring relief to those who suffer.
  22. We pray for the homeless and for all refugees.
  23. For all of our emergency services and those who volunteer in the community.
  24. We pray for those who will be alone and find the day very long.
  25. We pray for the Dean and all who pray and work in our cathedral.
  26. Ascension Day as we remember Christ’s ascent to heaven, so we pray for all who have died.
  27. We pray for the police, lawyers, judges and prison officers.
  28. For chaplains working in hospitals, prisons and colleges.
  29. For the Half Term Holidays — Lord may all teachers and students find rest and recouperation.
  30. For young people preparing to leave university and school and venture into the world of work.
  31. We thank you for all the good things of this month and look forward to the next.
