Purpose and Scope
The human resources committee Sub-committee will be responsible to the PCC for:-

  • Employment matters include:

    recruitment, job descriptions, contracts of employment, pay and pensions, performance management, lone working, handling complaints

  • Safeguarding:

    ensuring a Safeguarding policy is in place, up to date and accepted yearly by the PCC and which observes Data Protection

  • Volunteer management including:

    job description, training, lone working, handling complaints

  • Other matters as referred by the PCC
