“Give praise to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In His great mercy, He has given us new birth and a hope that is alive. It is alive because Jesus Christ rose from the dead”. 1 Peter 1 v3
Easter Prayer
Father God, we thank you for your sacrifice.
Your only Son, Jesus Christ gave his life for us.
Through his death on the cross,
our sins are forgiven, when we are truly sorry;
and through Jesus’ Resurrection,
we have the promise of Eternal Life.
Thank you Father,
for Your steadfast and everlasting LOVE for us;
for the HOPE You have given us
and for the PROMISE that you are always with us.
Always.
Amen
Spring brings new life.
The countryside awakens.
The sunshine strengthens.
God is our Shepherd.
As a good shepherd cares for the new lambs, so God cares for us.
He knows us all by name, and we can hear His voice,
if we trust in Him, if we listen for His voice and if we allow
ourselves to know His Word.
“The Lord is my Shepherd. I lack for nothing.”
Psalm 23 v.1.
We give thanks for all who make sacrifices for
the good of others.
We give thanks for the Hope in New Life that the
Easter story brings.
We thank You, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Your love endures forever.
We are truly blessed.
