Purpose and Scope
The Sub-committee will be responsible to the PCC for:-

• The general maintenance and upkeep of the church building, churchyard, Parish Rooms and associated grounds, including negotiations with outside bodies.
• At the request of the PCC, matters of a development nature regarding the church, associated properties and grounds.
• Other matters, as referred to it by the PCC.
