Thank you for your enquiry regarding having your child baptised at All Saints’ Church Staplehurst. It will be a pleasure to do so.

Baptism Application Form

Please download our application form by clicking the image or here.
Please fill in the form as far as you can. You will need at least three Godparents, who need to have been baptised. If any are not baptised, this can take place in the same service.
We do hold multiple baptisms and you may have another family attending.
If you are happy with the arrangements, please confirm this by returning the form, either by email or to the address shown at the top of the form. A Baptism Visitor will then be in touch to talk you through the practicalities.
There is a statutory fee of £14 for each Baptism Certificate. See Baptism Fees link below.
Would you please pass the payment – preferably a cheque made payable to “All Saints Church PCC” – to the Baptism Visitor, or post it to the church office.
