Church isn’t Closing – it’s Changing

Worship at All Saints Church

The Church of England has advised that Public Worship should be suspended until further notice: there will be no Sunday services or Wednesday morning communion.

All Saints Church will be open daily as usual. Advice on hygiene is prominent in the entrance porch, and handwashing facilities are available in the church toilet. If others are in the church at the same time as you, please maintain a safe distance.

At 9.30am and 5pm on Tuesday to Friday, and on Sunday at 9.30am Revd Silke Tetzlaff will be saying Morning and Evening prayer. If you wish to be present in church for this, please use the hand sanitizer before sitting in a pew away from others. No service sheets will be used.

You are most welcome to join in this prayer at home. Listen for the church bell which will be rung to indicate the start of prayer.

A daily prayer booklet is available to download here, in the church porch or can be delivered to your home if you contact the parish office.

In all of this, we have three key aims:

Keeping people well

Keeping people praying

Keeping people connected

Please watch for further updates.
